Pasadena Village

Clerel Design was hired to renovate the Pasadena Village’s two utility-like laundry rooms into inviting, clean, and refreshing areas to do laundry. We removed all make shift plywood enclosures and ran plumbing and electrical inside the walls. Lighting and Air Conditioning systems were changed out and improved. The waiting areas were improved and folding tables were made custom for the space. Artwork was added and new paint, flooring and laundry machines were installed. The rooms were transformed into an efficient and pleasant laundry space.
